The MendonTwin Drive-in was built in 1953 and opened on June 14, 1954.   Hi,  we are Sue and Kathy and we would like to welcome you to our drive-in and tell you a little bit about our business.   We have owned and operated the drive-in since 1987.  We added a second screen in 1998, increasing the total capacity of the drive-in.  The projection booth is equipped with the latest Digital projection & Dolby Digital sound, ensuring our customers the most pleasant movie experience.  The sound is broadcasted over AM/FM stereo, either from your car radio or any portable stereo you wish to bring.   We are a family oriented business, catering to the public by featuring first run family entertainment at an affordable price.  

     The snackbar is decorated in nostalgic fashion with an antique coke machine, a 1950’s working  jukebox, a 1953 original projector, and several other nostalgic memorabilia.  Some of our snackbar items include; popcorn, pretzels, hot dogs, burgers, sausage pepper & onion subs, popcorn chicken, pizza, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, french fries, clam chowder ect. and our special homemade recipe Mexican Cuisine including tacos, burritos, nachos, homemade chili, and more.  The snackbar menu is unique because all of our hot food items are made to order, offering our customers a higher level of fresh quality food.  For the sweet tooth, we have soft serve ice cream & brand new Razzles, our own candy, cookie, and fruit blended mix-ins. We also feature sundaes, frappes, root beer floats, raspberry lime rickeys, vanilla cokes, fried dough, and more.
